ECL Bet Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia

1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by ecl bet ("Platform"). By accessing or using the ecl bet Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

Ecl bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the ecl bet platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Registration & Account Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To register an account with ecl bet, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• A legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement

• Not an employee of ecl bet or an immediate family member of an ecl bet employee
• Using your real identity — not someone else's or a fictitious one

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one ecl bet account only. Holding more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, or by any other means — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

2.3 Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and current. ecl bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a Malaysian IC, utility bill, or bank statement — at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

Ecl bet supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for our players' convenience. All transactions are processed in MYR only.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name
• Ecl bet does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances
• Deposited funds must be from legitimate sources and not proceeds of unlawful activity
• Ecl bet reserves the right to decline or return any suspicious deposit without explanation

4 Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your ecl bet account are subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: RM 50,000 (depending on account level)
• E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes
• Withdrawals via FPX/internet banking are processed within 1 working day

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals can only be processed once:

• Your identity verification (KYC) has been completed
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements have been fully met
• No active investigation relating to your account is currently underway

5 Bonus & Promotions

Ecl bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions for sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League and EPL. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions:

5.1 Rollover Requirements (Wagering Conditions)

Every bonus received carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance can be converted to cash and withdrawn. The rollover requirement means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times.

• Welcome bonus: rollover 10x total deposit + bonus
• Reload bonus: rollover 8x total bonus
• Cashback: rollover 1x only
• Special promotions: rollover as per the respective promotion terms

5.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be voided without notice
• Ecl bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ecl bet — whether on Live Casino, Baccarat, Poker, football, virtual sports, or any other product — are subject to the respective game rules and the following general terms:

• All bets are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each table or market and are subject to change
• Ecl bet reserves the right to void or refund bets affected by technical errors
• In the event of a dispute, ecl bet's decision is final
• Bets involving manipulation or fraud will be voided and the account closed

6.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error (including system errors, incorrect results, or live stream disruptions), ecl bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the player. No additional compensation will be paid for technical errors beyond ecl bet's control.

7 Player Responsibility & Conduct

As a user of the ecl bet platform, you agree to uphold the following standards of conduct at all times:

• Not using any automated software, bots, or unauthorised third-party programs
• Not colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Not exploiting errors or loopholes within the platform's system
• Not using offensive language, making threats, or harassing staff or other players
• Ensuring all funds used are from legitimate and lawful sources
• Not attempting to block or interfere with the technical operations of the ecl bet platform

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Ecl bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms in this document
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process
• Holding more than one active account
• Requests for self-exclusion or protections related to problem gambling
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies

You may also close your ecl bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all relevant investigations have been resolved.

9 Liability Limit

Ecl bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive loss, damage, or cost arising from or in connection with:

• The use of or inability to use the ecl bet platform
• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party
• Any decisions made based on information provided on our platform
• Gambling losses incurred while using the ecl bet platform

Ecl bet's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Amendment of Terms & Conditions

Ecl bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the ecl bet website.

11 Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to ecl bet's operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through:

• Good-faith negotiation between both parties as a first step
• Arbitration by a mutually agreed neutral party should negotiations fail
• Binding arbitration as the final resolution should mediation fail

You agree that any legal action relating to these Terms must be filed within two (2) years of the cause of action arising, or it will be deemed to have expired.
